Luggage Transfer Terms of Service.

This Luggage Transport and Handling Agreement outlines the terms under which Dopamine Art SRL (RO51380036), trading under the brand LastDay Luggage, provides luggage collection, transport, and delivery services. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

The Service Provider undertakes to collect, seal, transport, and deliver the Client’s luggage under the terms of this Agreement. Please note that this service applies only to luggage, not to passenger transport.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Reservations must be made online by 20:00 the evening before pick-up.

  • Within 60 minutes of booking, the Service Provider will contact the Client to confirm the exact pick-up time and location.

  • The Client must provide a valid WhatsApp number for communication.

3. Pick-up of Luggage

  • Pick-up takes place between 09:30 and 11:30, only from the central area of Bucharest at the location agreed with our operator.

  • Morning pick-ups from the airport are not available.

  • The Client must be present at the scheduled time and personally hand over the luggage.

  • Maximum waiting time is 10 minutes. After this period, the driver may leave, and the service will be considered provided.

  • Each piece of luggage will be sealed with unique plastic seals, photographed, and the seal codes recorded in the Agreement.

  • Our transport van is monitored 24/7 with CCTV for your peace of mind.

4. Delivery of Luggage

  • Delivery takes place at Parking P7 – Departures, Henri Coandă International Airport (Otopeni), starting 150 minutes before the scheduled flight.

  • Delivery is completed only after seal codes are verified together with the Client.

  • Luggage may be handed over to another person in the Client’s group only after we verify their ID and receive written authorization from the Client.

5. Client’s Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for the contents of their luggage. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal or prohibited substances

  • Weapons, ammunition, or related objects

  • Flammable, toxic, or hazardous materials

  • Lithium batteries and external batteries (power banks)

  • Cash, jewelry, valuables, or official documents

Fragile items (glass, ceramics, porcelain, etc.) are transported at the Client’s own risk. While we take care during handling, the Service Provider cannot accept liability for such items.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • LastDay Luggage is liable only for the external integrity of sealed luggage during transport and temporary storage.

  • Maximum financial liability is limited to 300 EUR per piece of luggage (RON equivalent at the BNR exchange rate on the date of the incident).

  • The Service Provider is not liable for the contents of the luggage or for any prohibited items, whether declared or undeclared.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before pick-up: free of charge.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: penalty of 50% of the service fee.

  • If the flight is cancelled before luggage pick-up: 100% refund.

  • If the flight is cancelled after luggage has been collected: the service is considered fully rendered, and no refund will be issued. However, as a courtesy, the Service Provider will return the luggage free of charge to a new location in central Bucharest, once contacted by the Client.

8. Data Protection (GDPR Annex)

The Client agrees to the processing of personal data exclusively for logistic and security purposes.

Data collected:

  • Name, surname, passport/ID number

  • Phone number and WhatsApp contact

  • Copy of passport and boarding pass (if required)

  • Photos and videos of sealed luggage during collection and transport

Purpose of processing:

  • Booking confirmation and Client identification

  • Ensuring transport safety and preventing fraud

  • Correct handover of luggage at the airport

Data retention:
All data will be stored for a maximum of 30 days after service completion, then permanently deleted.

Client rights:
Clients have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, transfer, or object to the processing of their data, and may file a complaint with ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

By signing or confirming this Agreement online, the Client acknowledges and accepts these data processing conditions.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, if necessary, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
