How our luggage transfer service in Bucharest works?
Booking:
You can book online until 8:00 PM the evening before your flight. Be sure to include your flight number, the number of bags, and any special notes. Within 60 minutes of placing your booking, our team will contact you to confirm your reservation and provide the exact pick-up time.
Pick up:
We collect your luggage directly from your hotel or apartment.
Our staff seals your bags and verifies your documents.
The morning pick up hours are between 09:30 – 11:30 at the front of your hotel or apartment in central Bucharest.
Safe Storage:
Your luggage is kept secure inside the van throughout the day surveilled by the driver and CCTV, after our driver pick up all the luggages he arrives to our logistic center, the center is also surveilled and insured.
Our service is insured by basic insurance and we can also provide an adittional insurance for luxury belongings.
Airport Delivery:
Meet our driver at the P3 parking lot, right next to the departure terminal, 150 minutes before your flight.
We will verify seals and photos, you take your bags and head to your gate.
The driver will be available for you on WhatsApp from the moment of pick-up until your luggage is delivered at the airport.

Where exactly do we meet at the airport?
At Otopeni Airport, Parking P3 Departures, starting 150 minutes before the flight departure time indicated at booking.

We can hold your bags and shift the delivery window, fees may apply for extended storage, you will see updates in real time.
Can you deliver to someone else in my group?
Yes, we verify their ID and your authorization message, then complete the handoff.
Are my bags insured?
Standard coverage is included, higher coverage can be added on request before pick up.
Are electronics allowed inside the bag?
We recommend you keep electronics and power banks with you, if packed, declare them and ensure they are fully powered off and compliant with airline rules.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation >24h: free.
Flight cancelled before pick-up: 100% refund.
Flight cancelled after pick-up: full fee charged, the luggage can be returned free of charge to your location in Bucharest.
